Also, for lose weight the most essential thing is keep away from high calories socks. People like to have teatime in afternoon. During this time have a cup of tea instead of cookies, chocolate is a good choice. Eating on time is significant for health diet. Do not push yourself too hard. Diet is a long journal.

Also, there has a big rate of obesity all over the word, especially developed countries. So, people begin care about their healthy and shape. According to the author, stress make people eat a lot. I think it is right, people like to use food relieve depression. But the negative effect is getting fat and less healthy. In my opinion, avoid high calories food is necessary. And people should make a good eating hobbit. Every meal should at the regular time and have the quantitative food. People want to be healthy and beauty, eating is an important thing.
